01Subject line
3–4 words. No questions. No emoji. Lowercase preferred. Curiosity, not clickbait.
02Opener
Never start with "I". Lead with them — their company, their situation, a specific signal.
03CTA
One ask only. Make it stupidly easy to say yes. "Worth a 15-minute call?" beats "Book a demo."
